Dear Woodland Manor residents,

We hope this update finds you well and enjoying the beginnings of summer.

We wanted to share a few important updates and reminders about our community:

1] Landscaping and grounds care

Please pay attention to your lawns and flower beds, Mow as needed including weed eating. Pull weeds from flower beds. 

2] Safety reminders

We've had some reports of speeding in the neighborhood. Please drive cautiously and observe the speed limit to help keep our street safe for everyone, especially children and pets.

As always, we appreciate your involvement in keeping Woodland Manor a beautiful and welcoming place to live. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to a board member or officer. 

Hello neighbors!

We have made some great improvements in our community over the past few weeks and I want to thank you all for the efforts you have put forth. Our community is looking better every day!

We are pleased to announce the inception of our Volunteer committee. A group of neighbors that are willing and able to assist those who are not able to do some upkeep on their homes and yards. Please reach out to Sandi Passante at 610-563-4998 if you are in need of assistance and we will see if it is something that we can help with. 

Dear Residents,

BINGO   Expected to return on October 2, 2025. Doors open at 6pm Games start at  6:30.

Annual dues: These are due January 1 every year. The fee is 75 dollars

Walk around inspections have been completed and while progress has been made, there are still some concerns that need to be resolved.

Ideas include: a piece of plywood or lattice as a wall to put cans behind.

If you received a letter from us stating a problem that needs to be addressed, please attend to it right away. Our goal is not to fine anyone, we just want our home to be aesthetically pleasing and a place to be proud of. We have pressure washers available for rent for only 7 dollars a day.
